Cancellation and Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization. Please notify the congress manager at least 48 hours before the event to update the registration details.
NACT is not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be communicated to registered participants.

VAT and Tax Information
NACT applies a mandatory 25% VAT on all issued invoices, in accordance with Swedish tax legislation. Your country may have tax regulations allowing you or your company to reclaim VAT. We recommend that participants consult their local tax authorities.

Educational Grants and Support
In some countries, participants may be eligible to apply for financial support for educational and training purposes. We encourage participants to explore funding opportunities through their national medical associations, nursing associations, or similar organizations.
