NACT Conference 2022!

Dear Colleagues,

The 16th Nordic Experience Meeting (ERFA 2022) “Achieving and Maintaining Remission”,
organized by Nordic Association for Convulsive Therapy (NACT), will take place on
25-
27 May 2022
in Tallinn, Estonia.
This time the conference will highlight the possibilities for maintaining the patient’s
stability after successful acute treatment. The main focus of the conference will continue
to be on ECT, but this time we are increasingly focusing on other brain stimulation and
neuromodulation methods as well. Several key specialists from all over the world will
present their research and share their clinical experience.
In addition to scientific lectures, NACT will carry on the tradition of integrating different
specialists together by reserving time for discussions before, after and between lectures
as well as holding scientific dinner and other activities.
The scientific part and related activities take place in Park Inn by Radisson Meriton
Conference & Spa Hotel Tallinn. Located in the heart of the capital, this modern Tallinn
hotel offers easy access to the Old Town and the Parliament of Estonia. Public
transportation to and from the hotel’s setting in Tallinn city center via trolley bus makes
it even easier to explore, and taxi service is available directly in front of the hotel. A taxi
ride from the airport takes about 15 minutes (6 km) and less than 10 minutes (~3,5 km)
from the Port of Tallinn. The main railway station, Balti Jaam, is within walking distance
of the hotel.
We feel confident that the ERFA 2022 will serve as a place of learning where we can all
share the latest experiences, approaches, and research, continuing with all the best

traditions of the practice of ECT and representing for all participants a treasured personal
and professional experience.
